The Admin noticeboard is one way through which users can notify Administrators of issues needing administrative attention. While users are welcome to directly contact specific administrators (especially if they are seen to be active), posting here can be an easier and quicker way of ensuring that at least one admin will notice an issue and respond to it promptly. Remember to sign (using four tildes: ~~~~
) when posting an issue.
Before posting an issue here, please consider the following:
- This page is for reporting wiki issues. Please post discussions on the talk page.
- Post only issues that require administrative action, i.e. blocking vandals, protecting pages, restoring deleted pages etc.
- Do not post deletion requests here. Deletion requests should be made by adding
{{delete|reason for deletion request}}
to the top of the target page, which will then automatically mark the page as a candidate for deletion. - Do not post issues regarding content disputes. Try making a request for comment instead.
- Mediation requests between users should only be made once a resolution could not be reached between users.
- For issues regarding the use of this wiki, please see our help center.
In case of vandalism, posting about it here is low priority. Revert it first, anyone can do so. If the vandal created a new page, tag it for deletion. Assume good faith and consider leaving a message on that user's talk page to explain the reason. Post here only if the user has made several disruptive edits and/or persists despite a warning. Always avoid a revert war with the vandal; it is far better to wait until an admin has a chance to intervene. If a user must be reported here, please use {{user}}
, preferably as the topic subject/headline.
Twitch Streams Not Displaying On Profiles[]
This is an issue that we're aware of and it currently seems unlikely that we'll be unable to resolve due to technical reasons beyond our control. It's recommended that new pages don't include Twitch embedding and existing pages have it edited out where possible.
Thanks.
ETA on resolution: N/A.

Streamer Pages Showing 0.6.0 Error For Twitch Usernames[]
We're currently aware of all Streamer Pages showing the 0.6.0 error when a Twitch username is included, indicating that the profile can't be found.
GamePedia management is aware of this issue.
In the meantime, please continue to add the information as normal.
If there are any concerns about this, please either respond to this edit, contact myself, or open a support request with GamePedia.
ETA on resolution: resolved.

Add New Section Link On Admin Noticeboard Not Working On Mobile Devices[]
We're currently aware of an issue where mobile devices will show an error if the "Add New Section" link on the Admin Noticeboard is selected.
This will hopefully be resolved soon.
In the meantime if you need to add to the page, please do so from a PC or edit the page manually if you know how to.
If you're unsure how to do this, please contact me or open a support ticket with GamePedia.
ETA on resolution: resolved.

Streamer Pages Showing Games Streamed As Gibberish[]
We are aware of a bug within StreamerPedia that shows the games that are streamed by content creators as appearing as gibberish that looks like Wiki code.
This is a known bug that's being investigated by Fandom Staff and the Wiki Rep for StreamerPedia has also been made aware of it.
In the meantime, please don't remove this information from pages and continue to add game titles as normal.
For any further support please contact myself on this issue or open a support ticket with Fandom.
ETA on resolution: resolved.
RESOLUTION: a rollout has been issued and the fix can be utilised by using the PurgeButton on the top-right of any StreamerPedia page.

Avoiding a revert war for https://streamers.fandom.com/wiki/TayderTot by reporting it here.[]
Tay's wiki looks like its been reverted a few times by some sort of popular vandal, probably one of KYR crew or Sidearms' crew. If it's a harmless joke, then whatever, but calling Tay out as male could possibly be a sexist thing, bullying, or some sort of hatred. Tay is female.
This should be evident in her stream notifications ("d*** i like my waifu"), the call out of "girls night" when its her and the other girls in Among Us or the squad games, in her makeup streams, when her co-streamers call her "girl", when she calls herself a B****, or when she complains about certain life hurdles. ____
Thanks for adding your query here, if you wish to sign your name to help identify you, remember to use the tilde key for times (~).
What helps prevent edit wars is attaching citations to information likely to be edited, in-stream alerts and in-jokes often can't be considered reliable information as these are subject to misinterpretation.
As a precautionary measure, I'll set the page to require edits to be from signed-in users which should help reduce the risk of any edit wars.
I'd also encourage people interested in contributing to the article to use the talk-page to collaborate on future edits and come to a consensus before editing the article in ways that may be perceived as vandalism or an edit war
Thanks for your concern in this manner, and your feedback has been taken on-board.
